Creativity and imposter syndrome

Over a year ago, I created an online course and workbook that I never shared on my social media, and only shared it with a few people close to me. I quickly forgot about it over the past year. I saw the link to purchase my workbook yesterday, and when I clicked on it, it dawned on me that this was something that I spent evenings after work and weekends creating. I downplayed my own work, and had thoughts in my head that this workbook would not be useful to anyone. I also created an online self-paced course for it on Thinkific, and it looks like one person did sign up for it. I’m content that it did help at least one person. I never shared these creations because of the dreaded word that many creators experience; imposter syndrome.
While it is a struggle for many to maintain a daily routine, myself included, the workbook/course that I created is designed to help build and create a routine that is sustainable and one that can fit your lifestyle. It can also guide people who have never had a morning/evening routine, and want to get started.
Click on the link to find my free course, which also includes a PDF download to the workbook. You can also purchase a copy of the workbook + planner.
